A remarkable presence, an active participation and satisfactory results have characterized the International Forum "ICT 4 All Forum-Tunis +4" held on November 24th and 25th, 2009.

A large and rich debates and achievements have greatly contributed to the success of this high level international meeting which registered the participation of 1800 delegates from 52 countries, 23 international organizations and over 200 worldwide ICT companies.
