ICT4 All Forum-Tunis+5 is organized, within the framework of the follow-up to the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society, by the Tunisian Government, in collaboration with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the International Telecommunication Union, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and the Global Alliance for ICT and Development, and in partnership with the African Development Bank, the World Bank and the UTICA

The Forum will provide opportunities for policy makers, representatives of the private sector, international and regional organizations, and prominent experts to address the theme of "Youth & ICT: A Source of Inspiration, Innovation and Entrepreneurship ", with a view to promoting investment and partnerships aimed at reducing the emerging "broadband divide" between developing countries, particularly Africa and the Mediterranean region, and the developed countries.

In addition to the high-level panel discussions, the ICT4 All Forum-Tunis+5, will also include a technological exhibition open to all ICT enterprises and telecom companies to present their recent innovations and ICT solutions.
